Hello to all our customers.
The news this fortnight are additions to office staff and driving personnel
It keeping it a family business my daughter Cara Stanley has decided to take up a Sales/Marketing position with Shire Shuttle Bus & Tours. This a welcomed addition to our office staff. Cara is wonderful on the telephone and has a better understanding of the workings of Facebook Instagram etc. This will relieve me and Lucy from the many duties in this area. We both tend to struggle as it lacks familiarity to us. No internet in my youth.
Marina has decided to remain with us in the office and is working two days per week. Marina is studying Accountancy the other days. Marina is a major asset and has become part of the Shire Shuttle Bus & Tours family. She has been with us approximately eight years.
Jeramiah my son works from home intermittently for us and is taking on further studies soon. His past blogs are very much appreciated.
We have two new drivers Frank & Peter but we call Peter “Phil” so he does not get confused with me on the run sheet. Both are friendly and courteous and adhere to our mottos “treat people the way you like to be treated & more” and “ your holiday starts with us” plus a third motto“ keep it in the shire” as we like to support and use local businesses and a lot of our clients come from The Shire.
